not to whine and complain but today I went to the eye doc because my right eye is blurry as hell. thought that maybe too much time on the board was making it so my eyes were in need of glasses. well turns out I have a cataract on my right eye that I'll need surgery on! Cna you believe that shit!? doc says he doesnt know why someone my age would have one.

now my eyes are dialated and the board sure looks bright! Leave all the buttons big for us old folks!

ok, I'll talk to myself...I thought if its just my right eye in need of glasses I'd ask for a monicle (sp). how bizzare would that be! but alas, it is more complicated as usual

When is the operation? And you've got to quit falling apart!! Soon you're going to be totally bionic.

I'm not for sure. got to see the eye surgeon on Wed. Got to try for sometime on my vacation, as I dont have much sick leave from all the other shit.

I know. This falling apart and getting old is getting to be real depressing. I'm starting to understand more and more why people give up after chronic illness and shoot themselves.

Wink

I don't think that shooting is the recommended procedure for a cataract.

Bri,
My father-in-law had that operation. He was in and out of the doctor's office in an hour or two.
Now his vision is so good, he can see into the future!

Don't worry about anything, you'd just better get your ass here for the BBQ!
